Fever or chills

Loss of sense of smell or taste

Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

Diarrhea

Nausea or vomiting

Cough

Headache, sore throat, and fatigue

*PLEASE CALL TO CANCEL if you experience these symptoms before your appointment

*No missed appointment fees will be charged for cancelations due to illness
